Topfield Tf 6000 Fe Signal bar @ 75 - 80% : Quality bar @ 00 (constant)

Greetings Everybody! Happy New year to one & all!

As stated above, I have been through the Installation / Tuning process a number of times and the answer always comes up the same. I get good Signal strength but absolutely double zero "Signal  Quality".

Can anybody PLEASE point me in the right direction to rectify this problem?

in a lot of satboxes signal strength will often be a measure of dc power being drawn by the lnb

no quality will indicate either an lnb that is working but not actually sending signal or lnb settings in the menus are incorrect

Some more info would help. Has it ever worked, new box, new location, new dish ???
