DishTV S7070r not displaying correctly

I recently had some reception issues, so I tried updating the firmware. However, the display seems to have gone out of whack. The attached photos show the menu and picture are not displaying correctly.

I have tried resetting to factory defaults in the menu and reinstalled the firmware, but it still stays the same.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have sent this through to the team to look and will get back to you Thursday, however what type of video connection are you using? Component or Composite or HDMI?
