Freeview was working fine. One day switched on the tv and there is no signal.

Good Morning Cathy

Looks like your aerial is not aligned properly as overtime weather can affect the position of the antenna. You can correct this yourself or through a local installer which can realign the aerial to the transmitter properly and ensure that you receive the best possible signal without any interference.

Make sure the Aerial is not loose and that there is a clear line of sight i.e. make sure that nothing is obstructing the signal path to your nearest transmitter in this case is Forrest Hill.

It's also good to note if you have made changes to the TV set up in the lounge as something might have disconnected or has interfered with the incoming signal from the aerial.
