Programmes not recorded

I set our Homecast HT9200DTR to record several programmes while on holiday in April.

On return I found a few weren't recorded. Since then there has been a few more.

Got to the point were I thought it was a recorder fault so bought a DishTV T1050 as a replacement.

First night set it to record 2 programmes but it only recorded 1. (TV One & TV Two both at 8:30pm.)

Too much of a coincidence for both recorders to have same fault.

Never had any trouble before April.

Any thoughts as to what is happening?

Good Morning Peter

I have checked the transmission logs and there should have been no changes or alterations with the transmission sites in the Auckland Area.

The receivers come with two tuners which means while a few groups of channels are recording, others will not be available, although when you book via the Freeview EPG it should have told you if there will be an issue with the recordings.

Can you try setting a record tonight with a show on Al Jazeera and TV3 and see if you are experiencing the same issues with these channels (At the same time approx.)
