What channel are you trying to watch the EPG? 

If you are watching Satellite then certain receivers do not support full EPG's can you tell me what the make or model your unit is?

Hi,

I'm using Zinwell ZMX-7500 receiver and all channels doe not get EPG.

For the ZMX7500 & DSE G7500 - Try setting the date and time to match current daylight saving time

Menu ---> System Configuration --> System Setup ---> Time

this should restore your EPG on all the regular Freeview Channells (excluding C4, Prime & Trackside)
