no sound tvnz1 and 2

cannot get sound on tvnz 1 and 2 despite re-scanning channels and doing a full reset with full re-scan

Hi David,

Do you still have no sound on TVNZ 1 and TVNZ 2? Is it just those 2 channels?

Also, how are you watching Freeview: via a set-top box or via a TV with Freeview built-in?

Hello Hannah.

I got the sound back. I deleted the entire database, then did a factory reset, re-scan for channels and got stuttering sound going but after about 30 seconds that came right. How that worked is beyond me, but I have sound. I forgot to say using a SAT 101 set top receiver.
