Signal quality

Is there any issues with the signal for choice and tv3 as when I'm looking at the quality and its jumping all over the place, down to 30%. This is the henderson region of Auckland.

Hi Chris 

I am based in Henderson as well but I have not had any issues with my signal. 
A few factors could include the environment, are there trees? Construction? 

I would also check your UHF aerial and cable system to see if any needs to be realigned or replaced.
