My elderly neighbour has the same problem as you. I retuned his freeview sat box and he has prime clear signal on channel 10 however has the message you have running along the bottom of his screen and it also gets bigger. I tried retuning twice, funny enough second time got more tv and radio channels. Myself ny freeview box wouldn't work at all so had to buy a new one from Dick Smith Electrics, plugged it in, it tuned itself and no problems. My elderly neighbour is frustrated as he has a special programme on Prime he watches regularly and the message is a nuisance, Did you get rid of yours if so how??
