Issues with signal for only one channel - all others are fine. Eden is fine, but not Eden+1. Anyone else in Bay of Plenty with this problem?Continue

Signal scrambled TV3, Bravo, Eden
For Eden, Bravo & 3 (and their plus 1s), I'm getting a message on a black screen saying "selected service is scrambled or cannot be decoded". Then it comes up eventually but the sound comes first then the picture, & they're very badly synced with a fairly long delay (maybe 10 seconds). I have a fairly old Sony Bravia and have retuned it just in case but the issue persists. Anyone else?See More

"This is most likely your aerial that is causing these issues, This might be because your aerial needs to be realigned with your transmitter or loose cables, interference around your home.
