Signal scrambled TV3, Bravo, Eden

For Eden, Bravo & 3 (and their plus 1s), I'm getting a message on a black screen saying "selected service is scrambled or cannot be decoded". Then it comes up eventually but the sound comes first then the picture, & they're very badly synced with a fairly long delay (maybe 10 seconds). I have a fairly old Sony Bravia and have retuned it just in case but the issue persists. Anyone else?
