That STB does indeed have a useless user manual and a very amateurish config interface, including obscured recording day (date digits) in the record settings screen - but finally seems to do most things correctly.
If you have only marginal signal and use the 75ohm antenna throughpass facility it seems to knock the signal level back more than other STB's.
The only actual malfunction we've had is setting up recording start times for say Channel 1, only to find it has flicked over to Ch 3 to record . . . Jeez.
The importer is not The Warehouse but another outfit on 0800 89 85 80 - the owner 'Bob' is helpful.
