As per the title when I try to install my "flash as" super clever A2 it is not finding ANY channels .

The dish and LNB was working and still works when I plug  the old box back in.

The YV is a Sony Bravia.

Where do I start please

Have you tried changing the LNB frequency between 11300 and 10750?

When you do a scan for channels it goes through all the frequencies for the LNB and I don't see anywhere under the settings that you can make it 1 or the other.

I think the A2 accommodates the drifting LO on the old sky LNBs. Its got to be either a faulty LNB or faulty box. Have to tried a power reset on the A2? I would be ringing DishTV.

Ok....so LNB is 5 months old , so would hope its not that and it works ok with the old system, as for a power reset do you mean turn it off on back on ?? cos its been of and  on several times.

It is not a sky dish or LNB the dish is much larger than a sky dish , on the old box the picture is great  steady and sharp with no noise.

Thank you.

It could be an oddball LNB that's not supported by the A2. The LNB LO frequency should be written on the LNB.

Thanks for your suggestions , what I found was the old setup was motorised but hadn't been working for some time , the dish was aligned and the LNB was fine, we bypassed the motor and bingo great signal.

I replaced the cable top to bottom for good measure as it looked quite old.

Thanks
