Hi
For the past few days Freeview on demand wont load. It takes ages to come up with the programme guide but when I click on almost any show I get the message "there was an error during playback". I have shut the power off to everything plus tried logging off and on again. No luck. Neon has had a similar issue. I suspect it is overloading because of the Coronavirus and many users trying to access. Is anyone else experiencing this? If so do you have solution?

Whilst the Broadband network is now been used more than ever due to the COVID-19 Lockdown, the services on our end are running fine. Have you checked your network setup? what kind of connection are you on? Fibre or ADSL/VDSL.

Hi Josh,
We are on fibre with download of around 90 Mb/s, and are not having any issues with the internet. I filled in that very long yesterday or the day before and have yet to get a reply (although I yet to click on the link to see if it's the same one). I live at 5 Leach Place, Enner Glynn, Nelson 7011. I mentioned that Neon has not been working well Ill do that now but do you have any suggestions?well too but Netflix is fine.
