PRIME on Hills HSMX-200 on older model TV

I have a Mitsubishi TV and although I have tried resetting the scan doesn't give me PRIME.

I live in Motueka and have tried AUCKLAND, WELLINGTON WEST COAST and ALL FREE CHANNELS.

What am I doing wrong?

Ok one more thing to try

1. Press Menu on your Hills remote

2. Use the Right arrow on your remote to select System

3. Use Down arrow key to select Information

4. Press Enter key

What version is is displayed under Curr SW Ver. should be v1.23

Did they install a new satellite dish when you received the Hills receiver and are you still at the same address i.e (are you still using that dish)

Yes the dish and receiver were a package Yes at same address

I'm at a loss to why you cannot receive the new frequency's my elderly neighbours have the exactly the same set-up as you and I have tuned in prime for them .

I doubt that anything is wrong with the hills receiver .

Could you borrow another freeview receiver to try with your dish ?

I tried again but no success. I now have only Optus D1 D2 D3 C1 and New Satellite options.

No Prime, Four Plus 1 or Edge in my list.
