Hi can anyone please offer help. all was working well with my unit. But now I have a list of recorded programs in my library but when I click on them I get a message
"No Audio or Video Records"
I have done a factory reset no change?
the unit is also not adding to the library with programs I have in my schedule?
I do see a message very now and then saying program successfully recorded?
Any ideas?
