Have not been able to view Freeview - allI get is a black screen from my app on my Samsung Smart Tv 4HD - tried reinstall but still the problem - it has been like this since last weekContinue

"Our tv also is doing this. Been about 2 weeks now! Have tried all the fixes and nothing has worked. Put in two reports about it. I miss freeview!"

"This is getting ridiculous! Still got black screen, when trying to load via smart hub. Using the Samsung remote I can open it via red A button. I see I have version 1.12.4 last updated 4.11.19. That's about when the black screen thing started."

"I'm sorry it hasn't worked for you Rachel   I turned tv on waited a while then went onto the app and it loaded. It loaded automatically you could try re install"
