"Still ongoing for me, freeview only works via red button on the remote!! I cant uninstall the app, but have signed in and out. And powered the TV off for a while!"

"This is getting ridiculous! Still got black screen, when trying to load via smart hub. Using the Samsung remote I can open it via red A button. I see I have version 1.12.4 last updated 4.11.19. That's about when the black screen thing started."
