Adjusting the frequency is a short term fix and overtime will fail so I recommend you seeking a new LNB.
I hope this helps! If you want any further information let us know! :-)…
he individual broadcasting companies (TVNZ, Mediaworks, Sky etc) and not Freeview. I do agree though there's too much rubbish and why they ever wanted the +1 channels clogging up the airwaves is beyond me. If everyone started posting their complaints on the broadcasters Facebook pages we might get somewhere.
P.S. AFAIK DishTv receivers are capable of receiving all the channels broadcast on the satellite. If you mean you can't receive the extra channels only on Terrestrial transmission then that is also the broadcasters (who elect not to put them on satellite) problem and not Freeview's.…

eceiver that has an output that can be connected via the aerial input?
We have 2 boxes setup for satellite and a installer is coming in a few days to try and get our UHF aerial working. When we had it installed the installer said he couldn't get a good enough signal, for the UHF and installed the satellite, which we don't feel is very good.
Thanks

ouTube works fine.
I assume is has something to do with Freeview+ / On Demand, rather than Samsung.
I can't close the box by selecting Close or Retry.. I can only close it by pressing Exit, and then the box pops up again after a minute or so.
Any ideas as to what is causing this?
Service: Satellite, Northland Whangarei…
on when switched to operate. That is "power on" so it can be used.
I do not know whether the LNB has failed or the receiver is faulty. Is it possible a lightning strike or just old age set in ? The Receiver being 8 years old now , it may well be time for a new one / upgrade?
Any advise would be welcome before I purchase something more modern. Naturally not wanting to buy something new and still have these problems …
to use the auto tuning part after a factory reset with country new Zealand and I live in Tamaranui so I tried Waikato, TAUPO and Wanganui but with no luck. I tried a blind scan and got the Optus D1 signal strong at 82% and quality at 97% Problem is the optus D1 will not locate anything on 12546 or 12483. The strong signal I have is on 10692 which gives me some Australian and other overseas channels. Does anyone have a fix for this issue?…
