Check with your neighbours. Looking on google maps they all seem to be pointing vertical at Fitzherbert so presumably they are receiving OK. Look at their antennae and point the same direction. Judging from the various antannae in use around you there shouldn't be any problem.
Like I said. I looked at your neighbourhood on Google Maps and lots houses have UHF antennae pointing vertically at Fitzherbert. Most are just above roof level (some on the side of the house like 166) and I assume they are receiving OK. Seems to be just as many UHF antennae as satellite dishes. Walk around the area and have a look. Your location looks fine to me for UHF Freeview. It may be that the Igloo box tuner is not very sensitive or you have a bad connection somewhere. I presume you don't have a Freeview TV?
If all else fails then you would need to get a Pro Antenna Installer to check out signal at your location.
Ah, I see your problem now. You're down the steep drive behind the two story buildings and Fitzherbert is probably only a low power site like our Auckland infills. I couldn't tune the Sky Tower infill here in Auckland on a STB a few years ago and I could see the tower from my roof.
You may need to get your antenna up to near the height of their roofs and may need a different type of antenna like the triple folding array here.

Definitely time to get a Pro to find if it is worth trying.
Good luck
