There's been posts to Choice TV's and Prime's facebook - Wanganui has lost a Mux.

Can someone please ESCALATE this fault?  I.E. let JDA know?

No Prime/Maori/Choice.

Viewers should not have to do anything. JDA will have an alarm allert system in place that allerts them to any fault in transmission.

 These channels have been off for a few days now. Really wanting those channels back on. Veryfrustrating when there is no response.

Check the Network Status Menu (top of this page) and you'll see it's under action.

Yep, all fixed now.  Thanks team.

I think Trish is right, 24 hours without a signal before any mention of it here, is very frustrating from the view end of things.
