Transonic TWH-S1
Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone could help.
I have the above (Transonic TWH-S1) Freeview box, but EVERY TIME I turn it on, all my channels are gone, and I have to do a blind scan.
Any suggestions as to why this is happening?

That is odd, Usually if your Transonic is doing this then the unit may indicate a fault in which the receiver has gradually developed.
Have you tried a factory reset and then tested out whether the problem re-occurs?

Yes, I have.
Sometimes when it deletes my channels, it deletes the satellite & transponder information as well, so I've had to factory reset a few times.

Take it back where you bought it and ask for a replacement. It shouldn't do that.

As Biggles has stated, please take it back or purchase a new receiver.
