I have a Topfield TF6000F device. I connect the antenna with RF IN but it is not working.

I have added a customized satallite with customized TP: 12483 and 12671 MHz and Symbol rate 22500KS/s, polarization Horizontal. What I received is 0% level and 0% quality, seems like it is not receiving signals from UHF.

Just have some questions:

1.  Is it working with UHF antenna or with Satallite only ?

2. Is it correct TP settings ?

3. Is it necessary to connect RF Out to make it work ?

It might be the device is faulty too, but just need to check with experts here... :)
