Still not getting prime
Would love some help, I have a zinwell 7500 freeview box. I have followed instructions on how to get prime but am still not receiving any sound or picture.
In fact when you get to the tuning part it doesn't even pick Up the freeview Chanel.
I have also tried to manually Tune in this using the frequency that it says also. Still a blank screen??
My only guess is I am out of range ? I am at riversdale beach in the wiarapa.
I have also emailed freeview to see if prime is available out there Anymore ( we used to get it until the move in frequency)
Any help would be fantastic!! What else could I try?

You can't be out of range as you are using a satellite box and satellite covers all NZ.
Prime is not on the satellite Freeview mux. It is now on Sky but unscrambled (same satellite, different frequency). If you used to get it but now can't then you must be doing something wrong in the tuning procedure.
