Silly Signal

on Saturday we were all sitting down to watch the super rugby. next minute nothing the yellow light on the front of the free view box was gone i thought this was crazy cos it was a calm night not even a cloud in the sky, tried re-tuning it, reset it, even got on the roof every thing looks fine. But now it been 4 days and still no signal light. even tried another free view box and it don't work either. HELP. It's done this before we just left it took about a week to come back. What do we do.HELP

If another box didn't work either then it's most likely the LNB on the dish has died.

Hey Kelly,

As Biggles has mentioned, The LNB ( The little machine at the front of the dish) needs to be replaced because it is too old or the LNB is faulty.

I suggest you go to a local installer and get the LNB replaced, you can also find LNB (Low Noise Blockers) on Trade Me at a great price.
