Hi, any suggestions on what to do if there's no signal found? Have connected existing sky cord into FreeView top box but on performing auto tune, no channels are found. It's scans fine, but signal is at 0%. Have an old LG TV and a silver Dicksmith top box which definitely still works as worked at another property before I bought to mine. Thanks

Zero suggests it's not connected , most satellite faults report some level of signal . I have seen a total LNB failure report that but it's not common

Could be LNB settings. Try going into the installation menu and doing a factory reset.
