When prime moved last time I managed to change both our set boxes however this time round out two set boxes are not mentioned yet were both approved sets at that time. wee have

Dish  TV  S7071PRV and


 Any one else got this problem and be of help to me please?

Please see the instructions for the following: 

Dish TV S7070pvr

  1. Press the Menu Button to bring up the main Menu
  2. Press the Left Arrow until the Installation Menu is displayed then press OK
  3. Select TP Manager and press OK
  4. Press the Down Arrow once and you will see a Yellow banner appear
  5. Press the Red Button (To Add)
  6. Using the Number Pad enter 12519
  7. Press the Down Arrow to select the Symbol Rate and enter 22500
  8. Press OK to save the Transponder details
  9. Press the Blue Button (To Scan)
  10. Press the Right Arrow to select Free Only and press OK

The receiver will then scan through and locate the Prime transmission. This process will take less than 1 minutes to complete. Once the scan process is completed the receiver will return to the Transponder list.

Press the Exit Button to return to normal viewing. If you want to get all the channels loaded in their correct positions you can download an updated Channel List from the S7010PVR Product Page.
