Repeat sign in

why do I keep having to sign into the demand site every time I access it? I did the initial sign in but now everytime I access I have to sign in. Getting very, very annoying!

Once you have setup your new account you shouldn't have to sign in each time according to this

Yes I know this and have set up correctly but everytime I go to watch something I am getting the login demand and have to repeat the process....every time. Am getting fed up

What STB are you using? I'm guessing that perhaps your STB is not storing your login username and password? Do you leave your STB turned on all the time?
