No Strength No Quality

We have an Aerial box DishTv T1020. I have factory reset it. Had the connections all tested yet we still get no strength & no quality.  I rang DishTv & the tech reckons we need an installer to come have a look.  But why do our other 2 tv's with freeview (inbuilt) go and not the one with a box. Has anyone got any ideas please?

How have you got it connected?

Presumably you use an antenna splitter. If so try connecting the box to the cable plugged into one of the other TVs to compare and see if it works on another TV.

Yes there is a splitter and thank you I will try that.
