No signal / dish issue?

5 weeks ago i moved in to my home.
The previous tennants had sky hooked up and no reception issues.
I hooked my 3 freeview decoders and all have same issue, no signal.
I tried my friends sky and it has the same problem.
This has got me buggered as i cant find the issue? The dish is set at the right angle and so on.
All wireing is in tact?
Please help, i cant afford a technition. And i miss watching the news lol

Have you tried changing the LNB frequency in your setup menu?

Sounds like you may have them all set to 10750 but you've got an older 11300 LNB.

10750 is the usual frequency now but a lot of older LNB are 11300.
