No Signal

I have been given a Dish S7070 receiver and have tried to connect it to my TV via satelite dish.

When the setup screen comes on, all the TV channels are in the menu, but they all say "no signal".  Can anyone tell me what the issue is likely to be?

Most likely you have the wrong frequency selected for the LNB in the setup or your LNB is dead. On older Sky Dishes the LNB is 11300 and on the newer ones will be 10750. Look in your setup menu and try switching from one to the other.

It's picking up satellite Optus-D, and has set itself to LNB 11300.  Playing around with the other sattelites didn't make any difference.

Try changing the LNB freq to 10750
