No Channel 1 and 2 on freeview HD

Hi, we setup our freeview via our UHF aerial and our smart tv and found 7 channels (tv 3, four, tv3+1, C4, Al Jazeera, The Shopping Channel and Te reo)

How do i get channels 1 and 2 and also the other channels that are avalible????

we live in birkdale auckland.

we also have pixelation issues every now and then

Sounds like an antenna problem as you are only receiving one of the three muxes.

Make sure your antenna is Horizontal and pointing at Waiatarua. Check all your connections and try retuning.

Hi I've had a digital setup for over two years so when switchover came I didn't have to do a thing but come Dec 1 tv 1 and 2 both disappeared and rescanning doesn't find them.

I've got a Panny UT50 HD built in FV.
