Moved house can't get picture from a Digitview 180S Freeview box

I have moved house and can't get any signal on my Digitview box. The old tenants were using a freeview box for their TV at this house and I was using mine at my old house also through a satellite dish.

I completed a scan and it it got all of the channels (I reset if after it didn't automatically come up the first time) but although it looks like all of the channels have scanned in, there is no picture or signal.

It is set on Optus D1 160E. Any ideas on how to get a picture?

Maybe the LNB frequency is different on the dish in your new location. They are normally 10750 but some older ones (and some new ones) are 11300. Check what's set in your decoder then try the other frequency.
