Missing channels

Moved into a new house in north hamilton and can't get channels 1 or 2 or prime plus some other channels missing I'm using an older lg TV with built in freeview any ideas on what the problem could be ? Have tried adjusting areial with no success

You are missing 2 Mux which means you almost certainly have an antenna and/or cabling problem. What signal strength do you have on the channels you are receiving.

For tv3 block I'm getting 23% 100% quality for shopping channels etc I'm getting 13 % signal strength with 1% quality
For prime Maori TV I'm getting 17%
Signal 1 % quality also says can not receive nit

You definitely have an antenna/cabling problem. Do you have a masthead amp? If so it may be missing it's power supply? Can you post a photo of antenna?

As Biggles suggests, please describe by photo of the antenna so we can find out what type of UHF Aerial you have and what we can do to give you the right solutions

Hi there

I too am missing channels 1, 2, 1plus, 2plus and shine. I've got a lot of other channels I didn't expect.

Do you know anyone in Hamilton that might be able to come over and fix this for us please?
