Lost choice and HGTV on Topfield

Retuned freeview, nothing is showing... not sure what happened.

Anyway to get these channels back.

Sorted.... not sure what happend for 2 days wasn't able to get it, retuned again, nothing happened, when I turned the freeview off then on again, I got it back.
