What receiver are you using? I had major problems with my Hauppage card in the PC because the channels are defined by region in my software. Finally sorted when I did a NZ wide scan.

On my Sony TV and Panasonic Recorder I just did a manual scan for the new frequency and all was sweet. Auto scan should do the same.

I have a Panasonic with free view built in, we don't have a dish but just an antenna

OK. Try another Auto-tune, maybe several times. Or you could try a manual tune if you know the frequency/channel for your region. I'm in Auckland and did a manual scan for CH37 which worked OK.

I had to auto-scan several times though with my PC tuner before it picked up and locked in the new frequency. Strange because the signal is 10/10 strength/quality. Just didn't find it the first few times.
