ask jda /broadtech on auckland 3061590

Why? Rotorua has been losing signal for 2 days now and who is this jda anyway? Will use the 0800 in morning for free call but thanks for your knowledge willis

Any more news on this?

Hi Richard,

Nothing has been reported on our systems here, JDA manages the transmitter in your area and will be able to look into their systems to see if a fault has been devaloped.

Otherwise signal loss might come from your equiptment whether it needs to be repositioned or aligned.

Regards, Josh

No, it's not just Richard, we are having same issues and please don't tell me it's our "equipment"!

If you download your Freeview coverage map here

http://www.freeviewnz.tv/faq-library/about-digital-tv/coverage-maps/

It tells you who manages the transmission site.

If nobody bothers to ring, fax or email the Site Managers then they will be unaware there's any transmission problem.
