I am in west Auckland. Don't know how to set up freeview. Asking for channel number and frequency

found this on Wikipedia...  transport 21 @ 12456 MHz or 22 @ 12483 MHz.  But mine is in kHz.

I have lots of cords. Had Hdmi plugged in, still no signal, I have rca in right now, still no signal, I unplugged the zinwell freeview and took it upstairs, thats fine, working, just the hill one wont
