Help

We have just moved to a brand newly built house and I've tried setting up my freeview but it says it xant find a signal .. we have some aerial have checked all the plugs etc.. any help or ideas would be appreciated

Need more info.

Location? Type of aerial? Wall connections? Brand and model of TV and/or STB? Maybe some Pics of aerial and connections?
