Harmony remotes work although I thought it could be tuned from front panel. Used to have one but I can't remember. Mine died after 2 years as did it's replacement. The power supplies run hot and die.

Have you tried talking to DSE Customer Support about a replacement remote?

try a 1 4 all remote code 2280  on their 2 or 3 or 4 in 1 remotes at the warehouse

also known as the zinwell 620

password is 0000

Thanks all for your replies ,

    I'm trying a 1 4 all remote.

     No you can't get to menu setup via the front panel unfortunately

     I sent DSE an email but they didn't reply , went to the store but they wanted 49.99 for the 1 4 all .  So I sourced it off the freeview online shop ,
