If resetting the box doesn't work then it might be an aerial issue, get an installer to check the setup or adjust the UHF aerial.
If the issue continues then the box might be faulty, please let us know if that is the case.
Hard to tell from the photo what's wrong as it looks like the exposure time was too long. I'd suggest borrowing another STB to try for comparison or getting a Pro installer to check the installation. Could be an antenna problem, interference or your T1020 is faulty.
