Hi guys,

I have had my freeview box for approximately a year and a half. Ever since May 1st, my freeview box has been playing up. 

Approximately once every 5-6 minutes, the freeview box reboots completely (i.e. factory resets). Additionally, since the changeover on May 1st, I have receiving low signal strength for all channels (especially TV1, TV2 and TV3) despite living in central Auckland. I have 2 other TVs with seperate Freeview boxes and both have no issue with signal strength. 

I have:

- Removed the aerial and HDMI, but not the power cord, and the box continues to factory reset every 6 minutes

- Taken another box I have and attached it to the same aerial (on the wall) and TV and the signal have been ok. No picture distortions.

So, I presume the box is faulty. I would appreciate it if anyone could please confirm my suspicions or give me another idea to try.
