The EPG should work fine as it should as its a MHEG guide, do you mean the guide sometimes won't pop up after pressing the EPG/Guide button?

i have one of these epg on mine works perfect using current firmware from dish tv website :)

yes mine used to work well, but lately its a bit iffy when i press the epg button. Phoned 0800 and was told epg only works if you operate it from TV1 & 3? I have the latest firmware etc. Tried to do factory reset but it says "operation not allowed"

yes, its now a bit hit & miss, mostly miss! Cant do factory reset as operation not allowed?

Have you entered in the 4 digit password 0000, that message should not be appearing.
