Channel locked

Hi I have a aerial box t2100. Recently it locked on the RNZ channel. None of the remote functions work, every time I push a key a message flashes "no usb connected." Have replaced batteries in remote but still no joy.

Have you tried the TV/R button? You may have inadvertently switched it from TV to Radio mode.
