Channel 2 keeps freezing/no video/signal

DISH:- Sky Satellite Dish

FREEVIEW:- Transonic Satellite Dish (Warehouse)

Not sure whats happened. But been having issues for a couple days now with channel 2 gltiching/freezing or no signal. No other channel is affected. I tried to retune the channels, still happening

woooo got it, luckily I kept the box which had a phone number I wrote down for help from the warehouse. I called them and got it sorted.... thanks anyway guys. Seems I had to factory reset, then search, press the exit 4 xs at 0034 and all is done.
