Hi Darren

I have had a look on extra material about the problem and it looks like that the unit has had its fuse blown and may need to be returned to get repaired if this is still under warranty.

However, because you found out about this this morning, could you tell me If there was any bad weather last night? Is the DTVS unit on a power board or extension lead?

There is no extension leads and weve have no weather events. The unit is 3 years old so is out of warrantee. If a fuse then you would think the whole thing would be dead but the lights on theLED still flash. Thanks for your help but maybe it's time for a new one

Try unplugging from the wall, wait a while and plug it back in. If that doesn't work I'd take it back where you bought it and ask them to fix it or replace it under the CGA (Consumer Guarantee Act). It should last a lot longer than 3 years.
