Can’t see prime channel after tuning on new Sony tv - I only see 6 channels

Hi all,

We have just moved to a new development in Christchurch close to Halswell (Awatea green) and we couldn’t see to get all the channels of Freeview especially prime (to watch the World Cup!) I only see the tvnz channels, six in total. Can I please get help? The tv I have is Sony 65X8500F. I think I’m also using UHF as I can access Freeview on demand.

Looking forward to some help!

Check your antenna system. What sort of antenna do you have?

I presume you mean like this?

If you are only getting the TVNZ MUX then there must be a problem with your antenna/cabling system.
