Can only get K2 mux

Hi there,

I've just moved into a new flat, and have plugged in my freeview box (TEAC HD B6T), with my TV attached

Apparently last tenant had no issues with reception, however when I scan for channels it only picks up the K2 mux group of channels (Al Jazeera, TVSN Shopping, Yes Shop, TV29 and Apna Television) but no others, I have tried to manual scan the others but it doesn't pick them up. Sometimes K2 mux group of channels reception gets a bit jumpy/pixelated, but for the most part its fine

I live in Dannemora Auckland

Pretty sure I've just got a standard UHF aerial on the roof, do you think its my aerial? As i have no idea about aerials and will have to get someone to come look at it, unless someone can coach me through it?

Previous tenant may have been using Satellite?

Make sure there is a UHF antenna on the other end of the co-ax and check what signal strength you have on the mux you are receiving.

I would guess with signal levels like that in Dannemora you have probably connected to the satellite dish and not UHF antenna so only getting stray signal pickup off the coax.
