Can not get Prime EPG but have a very good picture

I have an Ultraplus HD Micro PVR freeview receiver. I have excellent reception on all channels . The EPG works well for all channels except for Prime. The picture is good but the EPG does not load.

I have reloaded the firmware , reset to factory conditions and scanned for channels several times. Each time same result. No EPG for Prime

I have spoken with Prime and on two occasions and they were able to fix the problem remotely from their end by sending a signal to my Box...

However as soon as I attempt to re-tune the Box I am back to the same problem.. No EPG on Prime.. I'm starting to think that the Box has a fault that can't be fixed, in that it can not latch onto the EPG frequency ??

Prime aren't aware of other people having the same problem. Has anyone had a similar experience

I think you'll find you can't load the Freeview EPG for Prime via satellite because Prime is not on the Freeview Platform. It is on Sky so uses the Sky EPG.

Thanks for that. However I have been successfully receiving Prime and the EPG for the last couple of years from the Satellite. Signal strength has been checked... Prime is on Freeview but now comes via Sky. I spoke with the Prime office which introduced itself as Sky TV. As I said earlier, they were able to fire up the Prime EPG remotely from their Auckland office. This worked twice but when I couldn't get the EPG after I had tried a channel search for the third time, they were unable to fix it. They had no explanation for it..
