Is anyone having a issue with their Homecast 9200dtr recorder

I will Change the channel, then without warning will jump to the Indian Channel for no reason at all

I would be interested to hear from anyone

I have the latest firmware updates installed

the other thing is after the restack yesterday the channel were all there but the channel number of the changed channels started at 800 and went to 805, I did a rescan which corrected the channel numbers

Just let everyone know I have sent a message to DVS which support Homecast in NZ and they have come back with suggestion on how to fix

I have carried the suggestion and see what happens

Glad to see you have talked with support, could you give me an update to see if that method had worked? And share the information that has been given to you so we can add that to our support referencing when somebody comes across this issue again.

I got in touch with support via E-mail and they told me to re-flash the firmware on my box, which I did, I have had no other trouble since I did it. (I downloaded the latest firmware and reinstalled using the option from the menu then did a factory reset)

As for the problem of new channels loading into the correct position I wont know if that is fixed until we get a new channel
