Try after 12pm and see if you can make a booking, as the guides get populated, Prime's data is actually a month advanced than the rest of the broadcasters through the Freeview System so may need to wait till the guides get populated…"

"I did that but no change - just lost all the recordings I had set up. I receive the full programme guide normally - a week ahead. I have checked with a couple of neighbours who have the same problem - nothing displayed from Thursday.
Please try the following to restore the Guide listings:
Turn off the Panasonic Recorder from the wall and let it rest for a few minutes then switch it on and reopen the Freeview Guide via the Guide button on the remote.
